Delivery and pickup

Home delivery

We deliver to every region of Saudi Arabia. Delivery costs 24 SAR and is free when the products in your order total 300 SAR or more before VAT. The fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Please give your full address, including the building number and postal code from your national address, and a phone number the courier can reach.

When your order arrives

After you place your order we contact you to confirm it and tell you when to expect it. We do not promise a fixed delivery time on the website, because it depends on your city and on the product being in stock at the clinic that ships it.

If your order is going to be late we will tell you. If it arrives more than 15 days after the date we gave you, you may cancel it and receive a full refund, unless the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

If the courier cannot reach you, the order comes back to us and we contact you to arrange another delivery or a refund.

Pickup at a Florya clinic

Pickup is free. Choose a clinic at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.

We hold a ready order for 7 days. If you have not collected it by then, we contact you before cancelling it.

Paying on delivery or at pickup

If you choose to pay on delivery, you pay the courier when the order arrives. For pickup, you pay at the clinic. Card payment at checkout is offered when it is available.
