Who sells to you

shop.florya.co is the online shop of Florya Veterinary Care Clinics. Orders are sold by Sanabel Al-Andalus Development and Investment Trading Company, registered in Saudi Arabia under commercial registration 1010934723. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

Prices

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Any delivery fee is added at checkout, and you see the full total before you place your order.

We keep prices and stock up to date, but if a product sells out or was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you. You can then accept the correct price or cancel, and we refund anything you paid.

Your order

When you place an order you receive an order number. We then contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm it. Your order is accepted once we confirm it.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we tell you and refund anything you paid in full.

Veterinary products

Some medicines and veterinary products are only supplied with a valid veterinary prescription. We may ask for one, or ask one of our veterinarians to speak with you, before we supply them.

Product descriptions on this shop are general information and are not veterinary advice. Please consult a veterinarian about your pet’s health.

Payment

You can pay on delivery, or at the clinic when you collect your order. When card payment is offered at checkout, it is processed on the secure page of our payment provider, Moyasar; we never see or store your card details.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Delivery and pickup, returns and refunds, and how we handle your personal data are explained in our delivery, returns and privacy policies, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law or other consumer protection rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is decided by the competent authorities in the Kingdom.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
