Biocillin is a veterinary combination penicillin injection containing benzathine penicillin G and procaine penicillin G. It provides both immediate-acting and long-acting antibacterial coverage against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria causing respiratory, skin, and wound infections in livestock.

Cattle and horses: 3,000-6,000 IU/kg body weight by intramuscular injection daily for 3-5 days. Sheep and goats: 3,000 IU/kg daily. Administer intramuscularly only. Shake well before use.
Refrigerate between 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Keep away from light. Use opened vials within 28 days. Keep out of reach of children.
For veterinary use only. Do not use in animals with penicillin hypersensitivity. Meat withdrawal period: 10 days, milk: 3 days after last injection. Avoid intravenous injection. Do not mix with other medications.
