Brucella antigen stained with Rose Bengal dye. Contains killed Brucella abortus bacteria suspended in a buffered solution.
Draw blood serum from the animal. Place a drop of blood serum on the test plate and add a drop of antigen. Mix well and observe for agglutination within 4 minutes. Agglutination = positive result requiring confirmatory tests.
Store in refrigerator between 4-8°C. Do not freeze. Protect from direct light. Use before the expiry date stated on the label.
